Course Objectives | It is aimed with this course to evaluate Occupational Health and Safety Institutions and Rules necessary to protect the right to live of labour in workplace by preventing occupational accident and diseases within in the context of employer responsibility. |

Course Description | Concept of Occupational Health and Safety within the context of Right of Health, Occupational Health and Safety in Turkish law and Comparative law, Convention and recommendations of ILO(International Labour Organization), WHO(World health Organization) and European Union about occupational health and safety, the obligation of employer to protect employee and legal responsibilities, related public bodies, inspection organization, unions and professional chambers, and duties and responsibilities of them, Occupational Health and Safety organization in workplace and sanctions. |
